I take a bath or a shower every morning when I wake up. That is something I do for my own self care. It just helps me physically, mentally, emotionally feel better. Going to church helps me. Participating in church services on Sundays, but also listening to podcasts that talk about scriptures. Playing the piano. Lately, I've been meditating more.
