The Importance of Graphs in Feedback
Haldi: I was hoping some ideas that we can, how do you stop that? How would you stop because actually I've seen it where people say the service was absolutely terrible but I'm like five out of five, which is it then? And that was my dilemma. We think we need to find sort of middle ground where you can graphically represent what people are saying. What people are saying is more important to the NHS than the graphs. Haldi: Thanks Adam. I'd hope it'd be 2-4 for me so I can get some suggestions for you doing this.
