The Ultimate Routine
It's very rare that i design a new routine for myself and i don't modify it within like, one or two workhouses. I never stick anijus. Cannot stickt exactly the same thing. And here's the otherthing, even if you did come up with some best ultimate routine. It's not going to forever be the best, ultimate routine because all you ever did overand over and over again, you know, you're going to get stale on that.
