How Long Does It Take to Take a New CEO a Company From Beginning to End?

It's never quite voila because you know it can take years like I love what one of the challenges I run into is we'll get to a place that team feels good about and then the CEO will kind of think you know I don't know if it's quite as smooth as subscription economy which was just so obvious. So they're writing it on their own um well we're writing it together we're doing it together usually how long is your usual engagement How long does it take to take a a new CEO a new company from beginning to end?
