Is It Good for You to Eat Soybean Oil?

The average American eats the equivalent of five to seven tablespoons of seed oils in a day. You just wouldn't be able to eat that many sunflower seeds without many years of corn, or even if you somehow did, you probably wouldn't feel like eating it again for many, many months. And yet that's what most Americans are not only eating on a daily basis, but on a per meal basis. Sort of no wonder that leads to chronic disease.
