Moving Forward With Grief
Someone told me you don't want your deceased spouse to be the third person in a relationship, which resonated with me. When it comes to feel teary, to feel sad, there's nothing wrong with it. That's what moving forward means. You move forward with the pain rather than moving on from the pain. And so in your understanding of grief, if you're talking about your feelings, it should be legit to bring it up.
