Is Co-Contraction a Good Stimulus?

The Kili's is a muscle that helps with the strength of the tendon and also recovery from injury. Research has shown it can be used to help people who are post-op, especially if they have trouble flexing their calf after surgery. You could hypothetically do it by getting your tibialis anterior to fire on the front of your leg and then you were planar flexing against that muscle. This produces this tension in your muscles which we know more concentrically in bench press conditions doesn't fly right away. It happens naturally over time just from jumping or that's what like coordination is, right?
