How to Get More Activity in Your Day
When people just focus on their diet and they don't focus on exercise is that there's really good evidence that when you eat less, you inherently move less. What I try to tell my clients is audit your schedule, audit your day and see where you could just move a little bit more. The goal is to start with this stuff. And then obviously eventually if you care about having like a lean muscular physique or whatnot, if you have aesthetic goals, the goal is to get to a point where you're lifting really intensely and all that stuff.
