Data is incredibly useful in any capacity for any group, regardless of where they work. 76% of all people use data to track against goals; only 38% are satisfied with that data. Less than half of three quarters say it's actually helping me in a demonstrable way. So effectively, most data is used to simply tell me how I did yesterday and then let the whippings continue around the process.
