Jumping With a Full Range Motion

Jumping with a full range of motion is extremely hard, but it creates a lot of time under tension for that muscle. It gets the body into those weakest positions and having to explode out of those weakest positions. And so we want to make sure our athletes are more robust to be able to exploded out of those bottom positions. We'll do that with either an eccentric tempo, an icometric tempo at the bottom, or an extensive fashion.
