Are There No Reasons for X, Y Decisions?

Lucas: Experimentation tooling is the best on the planet. He says there's not enough attention paid to aftermath of an experiment. LUCAS: I'm astounded, by that a lot of these ducts seem very focused on two things. Why would you make product development changes without product development involved? And why does this marker not have access to change? If if they're supposed to be able to change their product, they should have a product developed for them.
