You can use EFT as a band aid for things that are in and of the moment. You're not going to get to the root cause of what that stress is so that it never happens again, but you're going to feel a heck of a lot better in the moment. And then when you have time later on, or if you're working with somebody, which I recommend, then you can go deeper and get to the point where, you know, in not very long, you might not be feeling that stress that you had to deal with with a band aid again. That's simplicity at the mass.
