In your new role now, and perhaps even in the role you're just leaving, you still think that you have mostly that facilitator role or like, how has that evolved over time? Yeah, that's some. I had a question with this career shift recently. I knew I wanted to go and be focusing internally. And it probably will be more facilitation oriented. In product management, there's this idea of being like a platform product manager. People say we've got a platform, we want to have a platform. But when you think about like product enablement or even research operations or different things, you're in the business of like being a force multiplier for the organization.
