I read research every morning I've been doing that since since the early 1980s so almost every day when I travel it's hard to do. consistency but I think I've plugged that into many things in my life like training and trying to be very consistent with training although I'm not because I travel way too much. we just had a sports psychology on a couple of episodes ago so it's going to be familiar with how important that is and what you can do for your triathlon performances. What's your favorite piece of gear or equipment for me that's power meter? "It's amazing how this tool which only tells you the combination of force being applied to the pedal"
