I do five workouts a week each lasting around 1.5 hours. This is sustainable for me and meets my objectives that I have with training, being predominantly upper body focused. My current work schedule Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. Without a doubt, the 10-year Calisthenics transformation is my all-time favorite.
