Chin Ups

Most people who start, who start training, cannot do 15 rips in a set of chin ups. So we take a different approach for chins that is based on the fact that the chin is a body weight exercise. There's nothing wrong with doing three sets of five weighted chins if that's what you want to do at once. But most of the people that we end up training can't do it that way. We just come up withte the te the rips approach to it.
