CrossFit Is Not Magic, Right?
CrossFit is a minimalist program that with this astonishingly, relatively speaking, we still do a lot of different stuff. The transference from what we do is absolutely through the roof. If you want to layer some more of those things into your training, because you enjoy it, or for whatever particular reason, there are certainly ways that you can do it. But I would just say it's more of a warrant and not so much of a need.
