There is far too much research showing that roughly double the ardie is the sweet spot for improving not just body composition parameters, but also clinical parometers. We can at least bump it up to like one point two, which would represent the lower end of what shows benefit, clinically and non clinically in populations. There is just a mounting body of research showing that one point six is kind of here the magic happens. It's kind of where the magic happens, especially through points in the life cycle where you're either dieting purposely, or you're getting older and you're just not covering your bases nutritionly.
