Anxiety and Trying to Get the Sleep

As an anxious person i am frequently running away from from one thing to another. I don't realize in time i'm out of mentally emotionally out of breath which is a breakthrough for me when i'm running away from bad feelings or if i'm being honest trauma i don't want to feel that feeling again. When you're trying to sleep again anxiety bits about having a busy mind really nails a certain aspect of what you were describing like  your mind might be racing there's thoughts going through your mind. You can't knock down a door to relax do anything but knock down the door right? It's difficult to fix the fact of life because it's difficult toFixTheFactOfLife
