Is the Interface of the Assistant More Like a Knowledge Base?

On the web on the app or over the phone are the primary ways that you'd be interacting with it. There's some areas where like you might just be like getting help and it might look more like a web page than like an actual chat bot. That's one of the things that I think we'll see a bit more of is taking it away from the little pop up in the corner and making it a little bit more of the real estate on the site. You know, there's no reason why certain pages don't have, you know, conversational interfaces that allows you to interrogate a certain part of the site.
