I'm doing everything i can to create an environment for the teachers on between a rock and a hard place. They're worried about different things. Ye, he doesn't hare about kids. No, noe get a substitute, right? Variety of different problems thath? Should they care about the kids? Ors, well, ye, that's not their primary concern. And it's not my job. That's someone else's job.
