Fred Yang: I always tell my students, my martial arts students, if someone like me did have cancer, it can happen to anyone. So don't think for a second that you're invincible and take care of your health now. There's always something you can do to feel better or to improve the quality of your life. Fred Evrard (IG: @fredevrard.academy) has dedicated his entire life to martial arts, nutrition, health and fitness.
In 2020 he was diagnosed with genetic stage-3 colon cancer. Using a 21-day fast, a strict ketogenic diet, cold exposure, sun exposure, breathing, meditation, supplements and only 3 sessions of chemotherapy, he won his fight in only 4 months.
Today, at age 50, Fred feels better, healthier and stronger than he did a 35.
