The type of carbohydrate and the mix of carbohydrate is very important. At least if you go over an intake of 60 grams an hour. If you take less than 60 grams, you really don't need to worry that much about it. And generally more would be better but as soon as you would develop stomach problems, it's not a good idea. This is why we recommend, well recommended in all of the guidelines that we've written 90 grams per hour.
