Incels are very neurotic, high on negative experiences. They seem to appreciate that I don't sugarcoat it or gaslight them, as they say. Incels scored extremely high on depression, anxiety, loneliness and really low on satisfaction with life. So maybe cultivating an internal locus of control might be a pathway out of that for incels.
