The Importance of Emotional Regulation in Relationships
Insecure, disorganized people don't regulate emotions very well. They're hard for them to operate at an emotional level that secure adults would expect. So with the mentalizing training, what we're doing is using meditation to develop emotional regulation skills so that you can hold these more intense emotions and also be able to mentalize. And then the third pillar is the psychoeducation around how collaborative relationships function.
