He still plays on the wing for a very good soccer team so if he plays wing and soccer you can pretty much guess that his cardio vascular tests whatever they have him do are going to be pretty. The equipment he has at his disposal are an ab wheel a 16k kettlebell a 24k kettlebell, a pull-up bar and a push-up handles as well and a 40 pound weight vest. I think one thing I'm going to strongly recommend is at least two days a week he gets out there with that 40 pound vest but do more than just rock like I would have a fat loss client do.
