Spencer: I think that's a very interesting experience and story that for me highlighted the real lack of regulation. And it's easy to make regenerative claims, but it doesn't seem like it's being regulated to a level most people would assume. Ryan: Are you saying it's 60 to 270% extra land on top of all that? As far as I understand the study from before, it's in addition, yes.

In Episode #230, I’m joined by ecologist Nicholas Carter to examine the role of dairy and other animal foods on the environment. We discuss the implications of our food choices, detailing the impact of dairy specifically.
