The Obstacles to Getting in Step With the Lea

i'm trying to understand what, o you feel has gotten in the way of you being able to communicate or advocate for what's in the best interests of your team. What do you think the obstacle has been partof it? The row that my manager played was one having more information. Also, because the person is more involved in more meetings, they have a different level of information. So i think he was really, really helpful in making sure that i had the information needed to do my job.
