Running for Performance, Well Being, Longevity - Is That Your Goal?

If running for just general health, well being, longevity, a, is your goal, if that's the reason why you run, then those kind of, i guess, kind of modest amountsa might be reassuring or encouraging. I wanted to say, like most of the listeners, they're just recreational runners who just love running, you know, five k a couple of times a week and are less like the ilate type of performers,. which it can be actually encouraging. But when you're not racing, always just go back to that base line of that 20 mile per week, just because that's your overall goal. Then,you know, that could be a really nice life.
