I train less frequently and with less volume than a lot of people I know. But if I do too much volume or train too often, I always seem to get hurt. So you just have to find kind of what works for you. The harder you train, probably the less frequently and less volume you can train with. If you are good at moderating your like effort and intensity, then you could train more often.
