The Power of Story Mapping

The user's journey story mapping products are a great segue into your book. Because this is an application of that filmmaking, knowledge and wisdom that you've got to UX. Which is essentially borrowing something that film borrowed from theater that borrowed from Aristotle and it goes back many thousands of years. And if you use any of the aforementioned tools, like storytelling to convince people of things in your work, or if you use something like agile user story mapping, the type of story mapping I'm talking about is a great way to lay a foundation of better understanding how you're going to engage people on the other end.
