Private Equity - What Are Your Biggest Lessons Learned?
Scott: We're undaunted by size. When a seller is telling you to show up with fully financed bids on a certain date, you should do it. I think one of the lessons is that it's okay for us to shoot for bigger opportunities if we think they set up well for us. The biggest aspect of having invested in private equity for the last 25 or so years is really the ability to have a significant impact and truly transform them.
