Designing for the Right Audience

Don Norman talks about how designer system, which is built by engineers and the users, we all have our own models of what we expect this thing to do. And it can be three different very, and result that we're expecting, which is who's mental model is most important. So when the designer, the design model doesn't match up with the system model, that's one problem that we can figure out behind the door. But then everything that comes out in the product needs to matchup with the user's mental model, right? It's basically making sure we're designing for the right audience, not the engineer, not the designers, not the proud of manager, but the users
