For example, there's an organization, a senior living organization called Silverado, that they have a policy on bringing your kids to work. That's great. And think about that. Oh my gosh, my employer, I don't have to worry about child care. No, it's not, just bring your kids in and they run rampant. But it's a benefit that they are allowing some employees to utilize.
