How to Improve Your QBR
The QBR is broken into like a planning phase and then a story and structure phase. You're going to be looking at a lot of data you need to have that assembled ahead of time so you're not spending hours creating reports chasing down data this should already be created. 80% of the conversation in board meetings is actually prior quarter and about 20% of that conversation is going forward however when you get inside an internal company there's probably more familiarity with what you are already doing because you're keeping your executive team up to date.
