In the k we have this system where people can put petitions to parliament, and if a particular number of signatures goes on the proposal, people agree with it. But i'm not aware of a kind of making any big differences to policy or how the public feels about their relationship with the government. I say because if you are a someone who join in a petition to profi your signature, there's zero, almost zero chance, a negligible chance, that you will actually be consulted to cocreate a solution physically.
