The Importance of Respecting Your Body
I've learned that when the horse puts the brakes on, instead of going, you're lazy, I'm going to make you. There's a reason it's central nervous systems decided to put it on limp mode like you can't. What are the conditions I can create to let it experiment with other things, right? Because it is protected. But respecting that and not pushing directly out of it, I think it's safer than trying to do the opposite.
