I've had that so many times I say like when I when I injured my foot. So I incorporated into my warm up a load of really body tensiony boulders with good foot holds initially and then gradually like made the foot hold worse used worse hands to put more weight into the feet. That kind of structure within my warm up pretty much ever since then six seven years ago, and now that's like very much part of the style in which I climb.
