Every emotion, every feeling you've ever had is transient. And if we can learn to cope with those things internally, we can change. Exercise for me is a meditative experience. The only thing I'm concentrating on is what do I feel in my body? There's no thought in going on in my exercise. What do I feel? I'm so present in that moment. It allows you to connect with your body like we did at the beginning and release the tension and release the feeling,. Release the adrenaline makes it go away. You wake up feeling amazing and you go to bed feeling amazing.
