So is the HLV a predictive of longevity or is it basically the effect of aging what is your opinion about that yeah I think we definitely do not know. What comes first is typically not known because we don't have very good studies that look at these kind of things for long enough and before you develop conditionsTypically we just look at with some observational studies at groups that differ.
