Blind Tasting - A New Component to Our Podcasts

Chris Tanjy: We wanted to add a new component to our podcasts, which are essentially a blind tasting component. So I have very tasted the wine and I've written down my note so that you don't have to listen to me sniffing and slurping or all that kind of good stuff. All right, so this is a white wine. It's pale, strong color. There's definitely some green secondary colors there. That's telling me that it's either a youthful wine and or it was made in a more reductive manner.
