The way a weight lifter embraces the pain of lifting weights because he understands it's that pain that represents hard work and therefore growth. So what dooms people who are trying to lose weight is not when they cheat on one day and they blow it. What doomsPeople who are dieting is when that one day happens,. then they say to themselves, well I've blown it. And then it is a subsequent days that actually ruin them. But at some point you have to say to yourself, "I have to figure out how to be resilient"
