The first thing that matters is get your mission, mission and your vision straight. Speed is the fundamental characteristic of a successful startup. As a product customer fit, make sure you can find a small group of people who don't have any emotional connection or loyalty to you. And lastly, enter the market with your solution when you have done that, and enter it fast.
