I think people should also remember that if you're sleeping, most people are not eating in the middle of the night. So I don't know of a good reason or argument, scientific, that we should be increasing it beyond that. Because we're triggering a lot of catabolic processes that at some point may get out of hand. Cancer is one such thing. It's probably the opinion of the catabolic processes and autophagy is highly expressed in most types of solid tumors.
