How to Deal With the Know It All
The "know it all" is someone who thinks they know everything, even if they don't. When dealing with this person you need to engage them in a conversation about their assumptions and how he or she came to these conclusions. You also need to help people see the consequences of that behavior because oftentimes we express these opinions with certainty and with confidence because we want people to see us as an expert.
