When people are doing mindfulness, I think it's best that they try to not be aware of how much time is left or how much. Try to do it as if you had all the time in the world to do it. That somehow the being mode allows you to be with reality, to be with others. And so rather than just doing doing doing, and it's really, really necessary for the brain to have these moments of break.
