What Does It Look Like to Work With Pro Sports Players?

I think we're ina sort of generation that it's difficult. We should be the most healthiest, acknowledged population on this planet, but it doesn't seem that way. So i think the sort of shift is to put it first. Recovery is as important as any other thing that you do. It allows you to deal with all sorts of different factors in life,. Whether it's performance or just not letting you kno that 24 hour period intimidate you too much into the next 24 hour period. Do we really know what it really means? I'm certainly trying to investigate it. Best i can, but it's a good old subject that we don't know enough about.
