Unaided awareness is one of those things that you can put a lot of focus on, but it might not be solving the underlying problem. Awareness is one big tegory that you're going to measure in some way or another. A penetration and current use, past tous, things like that are part of it. And then linking those two a to things that actually are part of a decision making process,. which we've found are really effective.
