How to Conduct a Job to Be Done Interview
The 60 minute interview rule came out of the laboratories of jobs to be done. The first question for everybody is tell me your story with our solution. What I always say to people that want to do interviews is instead of structuring it like a survey in the form of a video call, just try to direct a little movie. That's a very safe way to do a conversation, even if you're a newbie.
