How I Got From Teach for America to KIP

KIP founders Don and Doris Fisher were Teach for America core members. They wanted to scale in a very aggressive way the KIP schools all across the country. The idea was, well, you can't clone humans, not yet. But what you can do is identify incredibly promising teachers who are first ones in, last ones out. So let's go find those teachers and give them the tools and also the resources to build KIP schools around the country.
